• Certificate Verification of the candidates listed in the merit list for MCA / MBA will be done by a group of verifying Officers between 26-8-2024 to 28-8-2024.

• Each candidate will be receiving an intimation through email / phone call regarding the verification date and time by their respective verifying Officer.

Without completing certificate verification for all listed candidates, the online counselling will not be scheduled. Therefore, the candidates are requested to check their email frequently for information about the verification date and time. The candidate's cooperation is highly solicited to complete the verification process.

CANDIDATES ARE ASKED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATES (preferably in pdf format) IN THE ORDER GIVEN BELOW FOR THE SMOOTH CONDUCT OF ONLINE VERIFICATION PROCESS.

1.    Birth Certificate.

2.    Mark Sheets (Arrange it in semester wise) and Consolidated Mark Sheet

3.     Degree/Provisional Certificate.

4.    Transfer Certificate from the institution last studied (or) Bonafide Certificate should be produced from

    where the candidate is undergoing the course at present.

5.     Latest Residence Certificate.

6      Latest Community Certificate.

7.    Special categories like (Freedom Fighters, Ex-servicemen, Physically challenged, and Sports

         Personnel) should produce the concerned certificate.

  After the completion of certificate verification, the candidates are asked to refer PGAC website www.pgacpdy.in for instructions to online counselling.
